So as a way of saying thank you, we offer a one-off referral payment – HK$10,000 shopping coupon to any candidate who helps us to successfully place another candidate within a new role.

Terms and Conditions :

• Participation in the JAT Touch Recruit (Asia) Limited (”JAT Touch”) referral scheme is deemed to be acceptance to these terms and
  conditions.
• To qualify, participant (”Referrer”) shall refer JAT Touch an individual (”Candidate”) who is placed by JAT Touch into a permanent role
  and completed three months employment (”Service Period”) in that role within twelve months from the date of the referral.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals under this referral scheme.
• Referrer must obtain the consent of the Candidate whom the details will be transferred to JAT Touch.
• Each Referrer will receive HK$10,000 shopping coupon for every successful referral (please refer to point 1 for the qualification.) The
  shopping coupon is not transferrable or redeemable for cash and is subjected to the issuers own terms and conditions.
• The Candidate can only be referred once to JAT Touch. If the Candidate is referred by more than one Referrer, the Candidate
  reserves the final decision of confirming the shopping coupon eligibility.
• JAT Touch shall inform Referrer to redeem the shopping coupon within 12 weeks after the Service Period.
• Referrer must complete the required registration form and shall contact JAT Touch for the redemption of shopping coupon no later
  than 30 calendar days of notification sent.
• In case of disputes arising out of the referral scheme, the decision of JAT Touch shall be final and conclusive. JAT Touch makes no
  representations or warranties as to the quality or suitability of the shopping coupon. To the extent permitted by law, JAT Touch
  accepts no liability for any loss or damage or whatsoever which is suffered in connection with Referrer’s participation in the scheme
  or acceptance of the prize.
• Subject to local regulation, if for any reason this referral scheme is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but
  not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical errors or any other causes beyond the control of the JAT Touch
  which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity, JAT Touch reserves the rights in its sole discretion to
  cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the scheme.
• Entry and referral scheme details remain the property of JAT Touch. As part of this referral scheme we will be collecting personal
  information for the purpose of conducting this referral scheme and for conducting general recruitment and marketing services
  (including but not limited to determining, notifying and contacting the winner and the referred individual). Referrer and/or the
  Candidate may request access or delete to his or her personal information by writing to the us at info@jatrecruit.com
• These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
