Job Purpose
The incumbent will be responsible for sales, marketing and administrative functions focusing on business development for Corporate SMEs. He/she will work with various external and internal stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of processes and provide optimum services.
Responsibilities:
· Achieve individual targets and motivate team members to collectively achieve team sales targets
· Provide effective solutions to clients including but not limited to quotations, service proposals, client implementations and escalate enquiries to Team Lead when necessary
· A self-starter – able to proactively setup and manage client activities to generate new business relationships and providing efficient and quality services
· Handle renewals to achieve target client persistency
· Be our client’s Ambassador: attend corporate and networking functions for exposure and branding
· Bridge communications between internal and external stakeholders
· Assist on any ad-hoc business projects
Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance agency or Telemarketing
· Experience in health insurance products is essential
· Self-driven, detail-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Completion of IIQE Papers 1,2,3 are required
