Responsibilities
• To assist Team Head to achieve sales targets relating to the high new worth customer segment
• To generate new business for the branch
• To achieve / exceed individual sales target in light of meeting the needs of customers
• To identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
• To provide excellent service in handling customer issues, product enquiries in a timely, problem-free and responsive manner
• To provide professional and appropriate advice in the best interests of customers and with regard to their unique circumstances
Requirements
• University graduate;
• HKSI (Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent), IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent) & MPF
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking sector
• At least 3 years of sales and marketing position in retail banking field, preferably with experience managing an affluent customer portfolio
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided
• Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
• Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
