Associate Director, Marketing & Distribution Support, Partnership Distribution

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing and Distribution Support

  1. Oversee the marketing and distribution support function for PD channel that covers brokerage/ IFA and bank partners

  2. Bring in new ideas and creativity in marketing initiatives in driving partners engagement

  3. Plan and develop strategies and execute marketing initiatives including customer campaign, sales tactical campaigns, sales enablement and sales tools, marketing communication and engagement activities and partners engagement program in order to achieve business objectives. Ensure partnership distribution channel requirements are properly communicated to internal departments and external partners.

  4. Develop, customize and review communication, product and marketing collateral/sales tools/training materials for business partners to support their selling of our product and services offerings

  5. Review business results and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and efficiency;

  6. Maximize campaign execution efficiency;

  7. Enhance distribution channel communication;

  8. Provide business analyses necessary in recommending business solutions

  9. Communicate with to keep our partners up-to-date of the company changes/initiatives so as to meet the business needs for PD.

  10. Work collaboratively within marketing and product function and channels within PD to bring synergies and achieve higher efficiencies

 

Staff Management

  1. Supervise, build and coach a team of 3 to deliver the marketing and distribution activities in a timely manner and quality delivery

 

Planning, timeline and cost management

  1. Plan and agree marketing plan with channel(s) in annual and quarterly basis

  2. Manage the progress of deliverables of the team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  3. Plan and monitor the relevant marketing budget

 

Others

  1. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement

 

Job Requirements

  1. University / College graduate plus minimum 8 years relevant experience

  2. Creative mind set

  3. Customer-oriented service

  4. High proficiency in written English and Chinese

  5. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  6. Insurance product knowledge

  7. Good timeline management skill
